A Success Story
"I have been drawing most of my life, but in the
late 1970's, I started seriously developing my artistic talents. At
that time I started selling my originals in a French-Quarter gallery
in which I was a co-owner. I realized that the demand for my art was
going to expand past the point that I could supply, so I decided to
begin printing my originals in 1979. I have printed over 200
originals with over 100 currently active. It's a great pleasure to
draw and paint subjects that you love, and to have people find them
irresistible."

Carmel's talent and imagination have led her into a prestigious and prize-winning career. She has accomplished many of her goals in the spectacular garden of delights that her prints create. However, she is constantly designing new images that will keep her distinguished status as one of America's favorite artists.
Having her work always in demand keeps Carmel busy doing personal appearances and art shows. Her boundless energy enables her to not only meet the people, but to listen to their likes, and incorporate that into her prints. This talent makes her prints almost seem designed for each individual.
